We spend a lot of time year round in the gym. It's a major key to the success of all our athletes, but we train with a purpose. It's essential to go into that day knowing what you're going to accomplish. Set Daily Goals.
Each individual player should ultimately have a regimen designed directly for him or her. Pitchers and catcher do not lift the same. Position players and Outfielders may also train differently. It's important for an athlete to develop "feel" for how their body moves and works. Here we have found some of the best trainers in the country to maintain and evaluate our athletes.
Our full daily workouts, meal plan, and rest times are simply tracked by an app we provide for our players. We spend time in spring training each season with several different MLB clubs and implement the same off-season and In-Season training routines used by the Big Leaguers and their trainers.
